VLBS is forged by high strength CrNiMo-steel, and have its own innovative design with many benefits:- Up to 50% higher WLL- The two protective projections (on the inside of the lifting ring) are patented and gives a better connection with the cargo, and also protection for holding springs. - The supportive effect is outstanding, especially if the ring is loaded from the side or the lifting point is welded on an uneven ground. - Pink powder-coated, a characteristic for products in the VIP-series and a heat indicator.

EN-1677, grade 80, electromagnetic crack tested, pink powder-coated; meets the standards for government security.The welding buck is forged by 1.0570 (St52-3) and clearly marked with WLL. The patented distance ears give assistance to create the correct welding seam.Important: With help from the welding seam means (HV through connection) the demands are fulfilled to DIN 18800, which means that corrosion onsets cannot occur through a closed seam, and can therefore be used in constructions out in the open. Especially for VLBS-U: A springs that lies protected, holds the lifting ring in any wanted direction. The parts are connected so that they cannot be lost. The spring lowers noise development.
